Adrian Rabey was born in Wales, served in the British Armed Forces, is the author of 4 books, including "Mission Transition", and founded The British Training Board.  Adrian has recently introduced the PROUD program to the Global coaching industry. 

He started his first business while still in the UK armed forces, in a cellar in Germany, and over a couple of beers with two very good friends. It grew from there.

He now owns and operates a portfolio of companies that support and develop serving armed forces personnel, service leavers, veterans, and their families, as well as selected public services to maximise their talent so they can progress in their careers and beyond.

Adrian is a world champion of the modern-day success story.
